Exchange-Return
We undertake that the goods are accepted for exchange and return with any of the following circumstances:
1. Exchange-return is reported within 14 days from the receipt date.
2. Exchange-return is requested due to defect of goods.
3. If some part of the packages are defective, we need to collect the whole set of the package together with the original invoice and any other relevant documents for the process of exchange and return.
4. The goods is purchased from www.epalcraftart.com.
5. Exchange-return goods have to be unused (except for defective products).
6. Goods’ labels, serial number and security mark is able to be checked.
7. Exchange and return goods have to be kept in the way that manufacturers recommend.
8. Any other reason/s that are not listed above but deem appropriate for exchange-return.
9. Online workshop purchased is not refundable or exchangeable.
